Menus - £18.00/per menu. - Can be typed to own choice and then printed on to tri-fold brochure style
coloured paper or plain card.
Thesis - £18.00/hour.* - From manuscript or audio.
Minutes of Meetings - £18.00/per document (typing only).* - From manuscript or audio in
professional format.
Quotes - £18.00/per quote. - Any format.
Invoices - £3.50/per invoice. - Any format.
Reports - £18.00/hour.* - From manuscript or audio in professional format.
Mailshots - £18.00/hour. - Extracting data from database to create form letters, labels etc.
Envelope Stuffing - £20.00/100. - Using mailshot (labels/letters) created by TMWSecretarial or
own mailshot with inserts etc.
Databases - £18.00/hour. - Inc. collating and data entry.
Spreadsheets - £18.00/hour. - Inc. collating and data entry.
Audio Transcription - £18.00/hour.* - Any format. This can consist of anything from
straightforward report typing to individual letters etc.
Transcription of Interviews - £18.00/hour.* - Any format. This is complex typing
up of conversations which are broken down into Moderator and Speakers.
Marketing literature - £18.00/hour. - Creation of flyers, brochures, hand-outs etc - photographs can
be scanned to create a sharp image for your company . Can be printed A1, A3 & A4.
Powerpoint Presentations - £18.00/hour. - Comprehensive presentations where photographs can be scanned
and utilised, layouts and use of your own company backgrounds (Slidemaster) incorporated. Can be printed A3 for use on
Nobo stands/saved to CD for future use.
Website Creation and Design - £20.00/hour. - Basic website set up, creating a smart professional image
of you or your company and can be updated regularly by either your own staff or TMWSecretarial Services. (A Web
Host must be employed to drive traffic to the created website).
*Please note it can take any qualified typist between approximately 1-4 hours
to complete a full mini cassette (15/30 mins each side) and can take approximately 4-6 hours to complete a full
standard cassette (30/45 mins each side).
General turn-around of manuscript is 2,500 word document in 2-3 hours, approximating a 20,000 word document
as 16-20 hours.
